Mountain View Missions is a non-profit organization that exists to equip local churches, support underprivileged children, and train others to share the Gospel in Naivasha, Kenya and around the world.
Mountain View Missions was created with a three-fold mission statement:
This mission will be accomplished through three primary avenues:
Over the last 11 years, we have built strong relationships with children and families in Naivasha. With the help of our field missionaries and other local partners, we know the personal stories of each child we sponsor. We know their history, their needs, and their goals which allows us to effectively use every dollar donated through the sponsorship program.
This past year, we celebrated our first class of graduates and are now supporting these older kids as they move into practical job training in trade fields like plumbing and electrical.
The Mission House will be the next big step to continue to serve local families through leadership development, hands-on job training, and theological learning.
We want to see a community transformed. We believe that happens one child at a time, one family at a time, one step at a time.
We are blessed to be part of what God is doing in Naivasha, Kenya. We have seen real life-change happen in the lives of children and families. We believe the best is yet to come.
