you can make a tangible difference

You're gift goes a long way

When you sponsor a child, you are providing more than money - you are providing opportunity. A gift of $30 a month supports a child with the resources needed to stay in school and complete their education.

Sponsorship FAQ

How do you find the children being sponsored?

We saw the need for child sponsorship on our early trips to Naivasha. The first children sponsored were children we knew personally from those trips. As the sponsorship program grew, our local partners in Naivasha have worked to identify children in need of sponsors. These are often children who have lost one or both parents and are living with extended family or non-relatives.

How does sponsorship work?

he funds received through Rehema Child Sponsorship are used to pay education fees, pay for uniforms, books, medical supplies, food, and secure clean water for the child and surrounding community.

How much does sponsorship cost?

Currently, we ask for a $30 monthly donation.

How many children are being sponsored?

We currently have 30 children who are actively sponsored. We know many more in Naivasha who need sponsorship. Our desire is to have a sponsor in place and then assign them to a child, so that children are not "waiting" for sponsors. Our local partners in Naivasha are closely connected with many children in need of sponsorship.

Can I write letters to my sponsored child?

Yes! You can write letters to your child and at least twice a year we will provide pictures and updates on how your child is doing.
